I’m a healthy, professional, 53-year-old woman who travels for work. Four years ago, while on a project in Pittsburgh, I decided to have a facelift and breast implant reduction surgery. After my due diligence and meeting three local plastic surgeons, I went with the highest rated surgeon, Jeffrey Antimarino @ Bellissimo Plastic Surgery. He told me everything I wanted to hear, I felt in safe hands and he performed surgeries for me.
Jeff Antimarino’s facelift left large, ugly scars across my neck. My new breast implants were much larger, not smaller! At that time Jeffrey Antimarino assured me he would take care of his errors when I again was working locally. I had to fully heal first anyway.
I spent the following 3+ years with ridiculously large breasts and obvious, ugly scarring across my neck. True to his word though, this year Jeffrey R. Antimarino performed the scar revisions and breast reduction for me. I only had to cover the costs of the Monroeville Surgery Center and anesthesia fees.
This website shows my results. All these pictures were texted to Jeffrey Antimarino, almost daily, I was scared. Jeff texted reassuring replies like that the rotting flesh smell of my nipples was completely normal and everything looked like it should.

The Reason This Site Is Necessary
How does a plastic surgeon in business for 18+- years have only 48 Reviews on Google? Far less on other websites. 5 reviews on Facebook, mine disappeared from there. How does any company in business that long not have a single mediocre or bad review?? Where are Jeffrey R. Antimarino’s surgical reviews? I see his estheticians, where are his? I think I now know.
I left a truthful review of my experience with Antimarino on multiple pertinent website platforms. I was intent on warning others of what could happen at Bellissimo Plastic Surgery. The reviews were not malicious, simply factual and some allowed pictures. They all followed the applicable guidelines, however, the review was gone within days, some within hours from every site. How did they do that? Antimarino and Bellissimo Plastic Surgery & Medi Spa was quickly back up to a perfect 5-Star Rating. Top Rated Plastic Surgeon in Pittsburgh.
I started wondering how many other reviews had been removed by Antimarino and why? What did they say? Other local Plastic Surgeons have hundreds of reviews. Where are Jeff Antimarino’s?? What would I have learned from those other missing reviews?? Would I have still put my trust in Jeff Antimarino? I believe that Bellissimo Plastic Surgery and Jeff Antimarino’s intentional lack of transparency denied me a true understanding of Dr. Jeffrey Russell Antimarino’s surgical abilities.
That is why this site is necessary, I want you to be informed.
